Getting Started
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by downloading the { Bracko } app or visiting our website. Sign up with your email or use social login options like Google or Apple.
Is Bracko free to use?
Yes! { Bracko } offers a free tier with access to many lessons and features. For unlimited access to all content, PRO tracks, and bonus features, you can upgrade to { Bracko } PRO.
What programming topics can I learn?
{ Bracko } covers web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and more. We're constantly adding new tracks and lessons.
Account & Profile
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
Can I change my display name?
Yes! Go to Settings → Profile to update your display name, avatar, and other profile information.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Subscription & Billing
What's included in Bracko PRO?
{ Bracko } PRO unlocks all tracks and lessons, removes limits on daily practice, provides bonus XP multipliers, and gives you access to exclusive PRO-only content.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
For Android: Go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
For web: Go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription.
Then tap "Cancel Subscription" to cancel your subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies depend on where you purchased your subscription. For App Store or Google Play purchases, please contact Apple or Google directly. For web purchases, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Technical Issues
The app is running slowly. What can I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restart your device. Make sure you're using the latest version of the app. If issues persist, contact support.
My progress isn't syncing across devices
Make sure you're signed into the same account on all devices. Pull down to refresh on the home screen. If syncing issues continue, try signing out and back in.
Push notifications aren't working
Check that notifications are enabled for { Bracko } in your device settings. In the app, go to Settings → Notifications to verify your preferences.
